Old Codger Sausage is now providing traditional homemade American style sausages to restaurants and in bulk sales to the ex-pat community in Nantong. Delivery to a convenient location can be arranged.
All of our sausages are made using freshly butchered lean pork shoulder which is carefully mixed with select spices to create authentic American style breakfast sausage and a special Italian blend sausage.  All of our sausages are mixed and then frozen to preserve their freshness.  They contain no preservatives or artificial colorings. 
Mild Sage Breakfast Sausage - This blend is carefully crafted to appeal to our Chinese customers and those who do not wish to have a stronger sage taste in their sausage.  Low fat and sodium content.  Available in 500 gram packages - frozen.  30 RMB each.
Traditional Country Style Sage Breakfast Sausage - This is an all time American favorite and is now available here in Nantong.  Like our mild sausage, it is carefully mixed and crafted using quality pork shoulder that lean and has a low sodium content.  Available in 500 gram packages - frozen.  30 RMB each.
Italian Style Sausage - carefully crafted from lean pork shoulder and just the right amount of Italian spices to give it just the right taste.  Currently only available as unformed pattys but will be available soon as link sausage with natural casings.  Low sodium and fat content.  Available in 500 gram packages - frozen.  30 RMB each.
You can now try Old Codger Sausage at the O Cafe and Bar in the new CBD.
